Concept to Construction

A no cost, no obligation, no pressure (no kidding) series of consultations designed to help you and your family understand, in specific detail, the steps and costs involved in translating your unique vision into your home.

Wallmark offers this in-depth series of consultations free of charge. Why? Because, we believe, doing so provides us with an invaluable opportunity to better understand your vision. This helps us make recommendations that demonstrate that understanding, and, we hope – earn your business. These free consultations will provide you with useful insights into the custom home building process, and, save you time, money and frustration by helping you understand all the variables that could affect your budget.

Construction to Completion

Should you choose to build with Wallmark Custom Homes, we'll encourage you to visit your home as often as you like during construction. We'll also invite you to attend regular bi‐weekly meetings with your Dedicated Builder Team and, prior to move-in, we'll tour your new home together to make certain we have delivered the quality you expect from us (and that we expect from ourselves).

Milestone meetings provide an opportunity to discuss personal preferences and specific details at milestones along the way. Milestone Meetings are scheduled on-site throughout the build at framing, mechanical, electrical, finishing, cabinetry and shelving milestones.

Continuing Care

Our commitment to you doesn't end when the build is over. In fact, we go far beyond the requirements of the 2.5.10 Travellers Home Warranty. We provide our customers with 3, 6 and 12 month walk-throughs so that we can identify and correct any warranty issues. And, as a Wallmark Custom Home Owner, you will have continuing access to our full-time Continuing Care Representatives. If you have any concerns about your home whatsoever, your Continuing Care Representative is available online, over the phone, or – in person.

In-House Customization Studio

Designing the look and feel of your home, inside and out, should be an enjoyable, rewarding experience. Wallmark's state-of-the-art Customization Studio and complimentary design services (included in the Fixed Price) means you and your designer won't need to waste days, or weeks, driving all over the lower mainland to look for design inspiration and product samples. Cabinets, flooring, trims, finishes, countertops – it's all right here at your fingertips. And, if we don't have exactly what you are looking for, we'll source it, and have it in-house before our next meeting.
