Home Sales on the Rise in August

MLS chart from BCREAWe like to hear about encouraging news for the industry and a recent report from the British Columbia Real Estate Association had some good things to say about home sales for the month of August. The average MLS (Multiple Listing Service) price for residential homes rose 4% in august compared to last year's numbers. With low mortgage rates boosting sales, the climate appears to be positive for residential buyers which in turn is good news for everyone.
