At Wallmark, customer service is a continual priority. From conception and design, through the construction process, and for as long as you own your Wallmark Home, you will be able to rely on our service program to provide prompt, professional and friendly service, making the building process an exciting and rewarding experience. We also keep you informed - and involved - every step of the way. During construction, in addition to the three scheduled site construction meetings, you are free to visit and watch at any time. Once your new home is complete, we'll hold an orientation meeting to review the workings of your new home.
Service & Warranty Information
You're covered by the 2-5-10 Travellers Home Warranty with Wallmark Homes, the best warranty and customer service programs available in the industry. As soon as you move in, Wallmark's after-sales customer service program begins, which in the first year includes a front-to-back-door policy, a detailed review to ensure the overall quality of the home is maintained, and immediate attention from our construction manager should any problem develop.
