9 Step Building Experience
Experience has helped Wallmark provide hundreds of families with new homes. Let us show you Wallmark's proven nine step building process.
1. TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY
A topographic survey is a bird’s eye view of the land for your home site. It is needed to begin your home design process. Zoning by-laws, site orientation and right of ways are key items we look for because of the ways they can affect the design and development of your home.
2. DESIGN STAGE – 4 TO 8 WEEKS
Meeting with your home designer to review your “Wish List” and creating a custom plan that uniquely suits you and your tastes can be exciting. Creating preliminary drawings for review and a cost estimate will help you plan within your budget. Once these drawings are approved, a full set of ¼” scale blueprint drawings will be prepared and submitted for permit requests.
3. CONTRACT & PERMIT STAGE
Rest easy knowing that you won't have any hidden fees and unwelcome surprises with our Fixed Price Guarantee contract. Our contract is built with transparency so that you know exactly what is going into your home and what it will cost. After you make your selections and customize your home, we will take care of the rest by securing the necessary permits, contracts and paperwork needed to begin construction on your new home.
