Where does Wallmark Homes build?

Wallmark Homes is a Custom on your lot Home Builder, Developer and Builder of Subdivisions and Communities. We build all throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We can build where you need us; in a brand new subdivision, infill in the city or even in a rural setting within the Lower Mainland. Whatever your needs and wherever you need us to build we can help you turn your dream home into a reality.

How long will it take to build my new home?

Wallmark strives to be an on time, on budget home builder. With this in mind it usually takes between 6 to 9 months to build a quality new home. Our commitment is to getting the job done right, using the highest quality materials and a steady supply of reliable trades to ensure your home is built to our high Wallmark standards. Wallmark will provide you with an estimated move in date of your new home.

What changes can I make with my Designer?

The Wallmark process is easy. Just let us know what's on your "wish list" and our Designers will make it happen. You can redesign your exterior, move interior walls or even add square footage and we can customize it based on what you and your family wants. Our intuitive 9 step building experience can give you a better idea of what's in store for you.

What selections do I have to choose from?

At Wallmark Homes you can customize every aspect of your home from paint colors to the crafted details. Our Design Centre offers a one stop shop where you can decide on what features and finishing will be included in your new home. You will also find time with our Interior Designer invaluable and this service is included when you purchase at anyone of our communities or design a custom home.

How do I know what I can build on my Lot?

Wallmark Homes has a professional Realtor on staff to answer any questions you may have regarding property that you already own or intend to purchase. We can also schedule a time to meet on your property and give you a better idea of what size home can be built on it, what the setbacks are and even discuss rights of way.

Do you provide us with constant updates throughout the construction process?

The simple answer is yes. Wallmark is committed to customer satisfaction and we will keep you informed of the progress of your new Wallmark Home. If you have any questions along the way or just want to schedule a tour of your home we are happy to do so.

How can I find a suitable Lot to build my new home?

Wallmark Homes offeres a Lot Search service coordinated by a Wallmark industry expert Realtor©. They would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect lot to build your dream home. Wallmark also has ties to a group of reputable Developers and may be able to source you a lot if one is not available on MLS.
